Essential Functions:

• Increase sales volume
• Supporting existing distributor / dealer base
• Focus on direct business (systems, automotive)
• Coordinate auto sales / national accounts
• Staying abreast of market trends
• Create direct sales opportunities of Industrial & WilsonStak Products
• Manage & Improve Industrial & Office Distribution network
• Expand Automotive sales opportunities & Support Automotive Programs
• Develop network of Filing Systems & School Specialty dealers
• Meet industrial sales goals for region
• Service & maintain ind. Stocking distributors
• Sign-up filing dealers for Record Master
• Develop network of White AS dealers
• Handle For parts program
• And all other duties that are assigned

Education & Experience:

8-10 years of business experience is highly desirable. At least 5 years experience in manufacturing sales. A minimum of an Associate’s Degree or equivalent in marketing, business administration, economics, or finance. Borroughs LLC retains the right to train all new, incumbent and returning personnel using On the Job Training & Training Effectiveness Programs combined with mentoring of employees as deemed necessary based on experience and aptitude.

Qualifications:

Should be willing to travel throughout the Grand Rapids and Northern Michigan regions. The employee should possess the ability to develop communication skills both in direct contact and presentation. Should know or be able to learn Configura and Powerpoint. Should have the capability to obtain a knowledge of available products within a reasonable time period.
